Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Annie's extensive experience in the restaurant industry ranges from traditional home-style Mexican to French Cuisine, and from small cafe to fine dining. Having worked in all positions of a restaurant, including the kitchen, Annie also spent two years working at a winery in the Yakima Valley wine region. Annie has passed her Level 1, Introductory Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Prior to joining John Howie Steak as General Manager, Annie spent close to 20 years with Restaurant’s Unlimited. Annie worked at restaurants such as Cutter’s Bayhouse, Stanley & Seafort's, Palisade (with Chef John Howie), Palomino in San Francisco and Seattle, and most recently, General Manager of Palomino in Bellevue.
